Course Description
Induction for Apprentices who will be attending PEER for trade school.
Thank you for choosing PEER as your training provider, to commence your learning journey with PEER you will need to attend an induction. Please ensure all documents you have received are signed by all parties and returned
- Apprentice: apprentice and employer to sign
- School Based Apprentice: apprentice, employer and school principal to sign
- If under 18 then parent/guardian must also sign
These forms may include:
- Training Plan
- UoC
- Private Fee Agreement
Recognition of Prior Learnings
If you have completed previous study that is relevant and would like this recognised as part of your learning, please bring copies of Academic transcripts and Certificates to your induction. You can download your Academic transcripts using your USI at www.usi.gov.au/transcripts/info-for-studentshttps://www.usi.gov.au/transcripts/info-for-students
Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LNN) Test
As part of the process, you will need to undertake an LLN assessment at the induction. A practice test is available here https://tinyurl.com/yyp9tg3l

**Note: you will be asked to change your password when you first login – please do not change the password you have been assigned.

What to bring on the day:
Calculator
Photo ID
Previous training results/academic transcripts for Credit Transfer consideration (if any)
What to wear: Long sleeve shirt and long pants with enclosed shoes.
On arrival: Please report to Reception
Schedule: Welcome, Values, Campus, Policies/Procedures & OHS, Trade Licence CBS, Enrolment, Training Plan, Work Ready, Fee Agreement, UAN Testing and eProfiling (on-the job)
